What's the difference between booking software, a booking system and a booking app?
In practice, none — they are three names for the same thing: an online platform where clients book their own appointments and you see everything in one calendar. Mountify runs in the browser on phone and computer, with nothing to install — for you or your clients.
Can I use Mountify as an appointment system from my phone?
Yes. Clients book from their phone through a link or a button — no account and no app. You run the schedule from your phone's browser: new bookings, moves, cancellations and payments.

Are there SMS and Viber reminders?
Email reminders and confirmations are included in every plan. SMS reminders are a paid add-on priced by the number of messages. Viber is an add-on with a monthly fee, because it includes Viber's own business-messaging fee. Prices are on the Pricing page, and support switches them on when you ask.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You get it back. If you leave, we hand back all your data — clients, bookings and history — on request, or delete it, your choice; it's written into the data processing agreement. No lock-in: you stay because you want to, not because you have to.
