It combines a calendar, a branded booking form, online payments and deposits, promotions, loyalty and a record for every client (history, preferences, packages) in one tool — with no app for your clients.
How fast can I publish my booking page?
You start with the basics: services, staff, working hours and booking rules — setup takes under an hour. Stuck? Ask us in the chat; and if you'd rather not do it yourself, we'll set it up for you (a paid service, €99 one-off). Payments, reminders, packages and promos come whenever you're ready.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. Clients book from a link, a button on your site or social profile. They choose a service, pick a time and confirm the booking without installing anything.
Can I take deposits or full payments?
Yes. Set payment rules per service: deposit, full payment, package credit, pay later or no payment. Mountify tracks the booking and payment status so your team knows what is confirmed, paid or still pending.
What if my business isn't a salon?
Mountify works for time-based businesses: beauty and hair, barbers, tattoo studios; sport & wellness — yoga, pilates, fitness, group classes, tennis courts; plus kids classes, tutors, rentals, auto service and clinics. You can manage staff, rooms, courts, equipment, group sessions and different service durations.
Can I use it on my website, Instagram or Google profile?
Yes. You get a public Mountify booking link you can share anywhere. You can also add a booking button, popup or embedded form to your existing website using a simple snippet.
Can I migrate from another platform or spreadsheet?
Yes. Client import is built in and free on every plan — export the list from your old platform or put it together in Excel, and upload it yourself in a few minutes. Your old records stay with you: you start with a clean calendar from the day you choose. And if you'd rather not deal with it, we'll set the whole board up for you — €99 one-off, excl. VAT.
Is the -30% discount really kept?

Yes, any time — clients, bookings and history export in a few clicks, and when you close the account we delete your data on request. No lock-in: you stay because you want to, not because you have to.
