How do reminders work?
Mountify sends an email confirmation and a reminder, and the client picks when to get it — 1, 2 or 24 hours before. SMS and Viber are switched on as a paid add-on on request. More importantly against no-shows: you take a deposit through your own Stripe, so a no-show still pays.
Can I migrate my clients?
Yes — export your clients from Studio24 and import them into Mountify. The import is built in and free on every plan, usually an afternoon's work; or, if you'd rather, we take the whole setup off your hands for €99 one-off.
