From DM threads —
to booking in one evening.
At nail studios, booking usually lives in Instagram DMs: dozens of messages a day, requests drowning before the holidays, artists either idle or booked to zero. Here's how Mountify takes booking off your hands.
Artist load —
now packed, now empty.
Booking in DMs, weekend no-shows and imbalance: one artist booked a week out, another with no appointments. Clients don't know who to get in with sooner.
Four things —
and the hands are freed.
All out of the box, no integrators. Set up in one evening after the shift.
Online form with artist choice
Your own booking page: the client picks the artist, a service with duration and price, and sees open slots. The link sits in the Instagram bio.
SMS + Viber reminders
Automatic at 24h and 3h, with the address and a ‘cancel’ button. A freed slot reopens instantly. A paid add-on to the plan.
Deposit on long nail-art slots
For designs over 2 hours — a small online prepayment, credited toward the price. Random bookings drop off.
Punch-card and memberships
The ‘5th manicure −50%’ progress is visible to the client in their account. They return more often, the regulars' average ticket grows.
What usually changes
in the studio's day
Not one salon's numbers, but what the toolkit itself delivers.
Booking runs itself
The form takes clients around the clock — no DMs.
Quiet weekends
Reminders and a deposit cut no-shows on long slots.
Even load
You can see which artist has a slot sooner — flow spreads itself.
Clients return
Memberships and punch-cards work instead of calling by hand.
Less busywork
The front desk doesn't book by hand — it's with clients, not the phone.
Higher average ticket
Upsell of services and nail art right in the form at booking.

Questions before starting
How much does nail studio software cost?
From €9 per month, priced by bookable spots — artists or chairs. Pay yearly and two months are free; you start with a 14-day trial, no card.
Can clients pick their artist?
Yes. The form shows your artists with their services, durations and prices — and only the genuinely free slots of the person picked.
How does the deposit protect long slots?
For long procedures — nail art, combined services — you set a small prepayment via Stripe straight to your account. It's credited toward the price and cuts out random bookings.
How does punch-card loyalty work?
The classic “5th visit −50%”: progress shows in the client's account and the discount applies itself — no notebooks, no stamps.
Are there reminders for booked appointments?
Yes — 24 hours and 3 hours before the slot, with a cancel button. Email is included in every plan; SMS and Viber come as a paid add-on. A cancelled slot instantly reopens for others.
Does it work for a solo artist?
Yes. One calendar and your own booking page; when you add a second chair or a colleague, you just grow the plan.
Where is my clients' data stored?
In EU data centres, in line with GDPR. Export it at any time; we delete it on request if you leave.
