Mountify
Clubs · sections · halls · courts

Full groups,
booked courts.

Training runs on a schedule, but attendance is a crowd one day and an empty hall the next. Passes and memberships live in a notebook, and courts are tracked by phone — hence the double bookings. Here's how Mountify sorts out the schedule, sells the passes on its own and puts courts up for rent online.

01 · The usual picture

What usually goes wrong
from session to session.

Attendance

Crowd or empty hall

The evening session draws 18 into a hall for 12, the morning one — three. The flow is impossible to predict, and coaches don't know who to expect.

Manual tracking

Passes in a notebook

'How many sessions does Ivan have left?' — flip the notebook, count. Disputes every week, money slips away on forgotten deductions.

By phone

Double-booked courts

Court and hall rental is tracked by phone and in the admin's head — hence double bookings and free hours nobody filled.

02 · What usually gets set up

Four steps —
and the schedule starts breathing.

The group model and rentals out of the box: seat limits, a waitlist, class-passes, hourly rental. Set up over a weekend.

1

Group slots with a seat limit

Every session has a capacity. Once full — booking closes, then a waitlist. No more 18 people in a hall for 12.

'10-session' class-passes with auto-deduction

The client buys a pass or membership online — at booking the session is deducted automatically. The balance shows in their account. The notebook went into the cupboard.

Hourly court & hall rental

Free court and hall hours are booked online with prepayment. Taken slots close automatically — no more double bookings over the phone.

Automatic waitlist

Someone cancels — the seat goes to the first person on the waitlist with a notification. Groups fill to the ceiling with no admin calls.

03 · What changes

What usually changes
in the club's day

Not one club's numbers, but what the toolkit itself delivers.

Groups are full

Seat limits and the waitlist keep halls packed to capacity.

Revenue is predictable

Class-passes and memberships instead of one-offs — the month is visible ahead.

Tracking without a notebook

The session balance counts itself, disputes disappear.

Courts don't sit empty

Hourly online rental fills the free hours with no double bookings.

Schedule runs itself

Clients book through the timetable, no calls or messages.

Regularity instead of 'sometimes'

A membership creates discipline — clients attend consistently.

What changes for the owner

One week at the club —
before & after.

Before
  • Attendance — a lottery from session to session
  • Passes and memberships tracked by hand
  • A free court or hour is lost
  • Revenue impossible to plan
After
  • Seat limits keep groups even
  • The session balance is deducted automatically
  • Hourly rental fills courts online
  • Memberships deliver a predictable revenue base
Frequently asked questions

Questions about the club — in short

How much does sports club software cost?

From €9 per month, priced by bookable spots — groups, halls or courts. Yearly billing gives two months free; you start with a 14-day trial, no card.

How does hourly court and hall rental work?

Every court or hall has its own hourly schedule. Clients only see the free slots, pick one and book online — the front desk stops juggling phone calls.

Is there prepayment on court bookings?

Yes. You set up prepayment via Stripe straight to the club's account — the booking is confirmed by the payment, and no-show dead hours drop.

How are groups and sections managed?

A schedule with a seat limit per group or level; when full, the waitlist kicks in and refills freed spots on its own.

Do class-passes and memberships work?

Yes. Training packs auto-redeem on every booking, and memberships live in the same account. The client always sees their balance.

Can parents book kids online?

Yes. A parent picks the group and time from their phone and gets a reminder before the session.

Do I need an installation or a separate computer?

No. The system runs in the browser — on the club's phone or laptop, with data stored in EU data centres under GDPR.
