anything that can be taken.
Anything a client reserves for a slice of time. The price grows with how many you have — not with how many bookings or clients.
Bookings, clients, services and reminders — unlimited on every plan. You only pay for what gets booked in parallel. One barber with two chairs = 2 bookable spots.
Pay yearly — 2 months on us
Pay for 10 months, use 12. On Growth that's €58 saved a year, on Pro — €98. The “Yearly” toggle up top already does the math.

Setting the board up yourself takes under an hour, and importing your clients is built in and free on every plan — you can absolutely do this alone. But if you'd rather not: send us your price list and your client file, and get back a board that's ready to take bookings.
How it goes

- 2 You send the data Price list, working hours and your client file — in whatever format you have it.
- 3 We set everything up Board, services, resources, schedule, branding, payments and your client base.
- 4 We hand it over ready A 30-minute walkthrough, and we stay on hand for the first 14 days.
What we do
- Create your board and brand it — colours, font, photos
- Enter your services with prices, durations and categories
- Add your team and resources — who does what, and where
- Set working hours, breaks and booking rules
- Turn on deposits and prepayments through your own Stripe
- Move your client base across from your file or export
- Run a test booking and check the emails clients receive
- Train you and stay on hand for 14 days after launch
What we need from you
- Your price list — services, prices, durations (Excel, a photo or a link)
- Who works, when and where
- Your client file — an export from your old platform, or a spreadsheet
- Logo and a few photos, if you have them
- About 50 minutes of your time — two short calls
The price covers one site, up to 5 bookable spots and up to 30 services — which fits most salons and studios. Several sites, group classes, packages or transferring visit history — quoted individually. On the Custom plan setup is included.
Client import is built in and free on every plan — you upload the file yourself in a few minutes. Support over chat and at [email protected] is free too, always. This service is for something else: not having to do it yourself.
