Hour passes and memberships
A “10 court hours” pass valid on one-hour rentals, a monthly academy membership, a gift card — each paid for up front. The pass takes one hour per booking and shows its balance in the player's profile; the membership gives unlimited sessions.

The commission is zero
The page carries your club's logo, colours and font and has its own address, book.mountify.eu/<club>. There's no marketplace where players see the club next door, and no fee for “new customers”. A tournament banner and a first-booking promo code come with Growth and above.
Payments go through your own Stripe account straight to the club — we take no cut of rentals, lessons or passes. Your players and their history are yours: if you ever leave, we hand them over on request.
Courts, coaches and money
How much does the court booking system cost?
Mountify costs from €13 a month excl. VAT for one court. Growth is €29/mo for up to 5 spots — courts and coaches — and Pro is €49/mo for up to 15 spots, with groups, payroll and stock. There's no limit on bookings or players and no cut of your rentals, and paying yearly gives you two months free. You start with 14 days of Pro free, no credit card.
How does online court booking work?
Players book on the club's page: they see the court schedule, pick a court, a day and a time, and confirm from their phone — any time of day or night. A booked slot can't be selected, so there are no double bookings. The confirmation and the reminder arrive by email.
Can I charge more in the evening and at weekends?
Yes. A “price by day and hour” rule raises or lowers the price by a percentage on the days and hours you choose — for example +20% after 18:00, +10% at weekends and −15% on weekday mornings. Players see the prices right in the court schedule and pay each hour at its own rate.
Can players rent rackets with the court?
Yes. Rackets, balls and other equipment are optional add-ons to a rental, priced per item. The system knows how many you have and how many are out at any given hour, so it never accepts more than you can hand out.
Can I run tennis, padel and badminton in one account?
Yes. Every court — tennis, padel, badminton or squash — is a separate bookable spot with its own schedule and prices. Sports halls and football pitches are added the same way, in the same account.
Can players pay for a booking online?
Yes. Fixed-length rentals — such as “Tennis court · 1 hour” or “Padel · 90 minutes” — are paid for at booking, in full or as a deposit, through your Stripe account. The money goes straight to the club, and the slot is confirmed by the payment. Hour passes and memberships are bought online too.
Does Mountify work for a kids' academy with groups?
Yes. Groups have a seat limit and a weekly timetable, and parents enrol their kids online from the club's page. When a group is full, they join the waitlist. Groups are included in Pro and are a €12/mo add-on on Start and Growth; the waitlist is in Pro.
Does Mountify work for a chain with several locations?
Yes. Pro covers up to 3 locations and 15 spots in one account, and each extra location is +€9/mo. For larger chains, Custom has no limit on spots or locations and adds white-label and API access.
How do I move my players over?
Upload your player list from Excel or CSV in one go — the import is built in and free on every plan. If you'd rather we did it, we set up your courts and prices and import your players for you: a one-off €99 excl. VAT for one location with up to 5 spots and 30 services, ready in 3 working days.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Mountify runs in the browser — on a phone, a tablet or the front-desk computer. Data is stored in EU data centres, in line with GDPR.
